1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced (about 2 cups)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.
