1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large ripe bananas, mashed
2 large eggs
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup melted coconut oil

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish with coconut oil.
