4 tilapia fillets (about 6 ounces each), skinless and boneless
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, and white pepper to make the blackening seasoning.
Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.
