Ingredients

Scale

4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
1 cup romaine lettuce, finely chopped
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup croutons, crushed
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken breast, finely chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, crushed croutons, and fresh lemon juice. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Lay one flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
Spread approximately 1/4 of the chicken Caesar mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving about 1 inch of space around the edges.
Starting from one edge, tightly roll up the tortilla into a log shape.
Repeat the spreading and rolling process with the remaining tortillas and chicken Caesar mixture.
Wrap each rolled tortilla log tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to firm up for easier slicing.
Remove the plastic wrap and slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and serve immediately.
