2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Stir well until smooth.
Add the shredded or diced cooked chicken to the bowl with the yogurt dressing.
Add the chopped celery, red bell pepper, red onion, parsley, and dill to the bowl.
Gently fold all ingredients together until the chicken and vegetables are evenly coated with the yogurt dressing.
