12 ounces Italian turkey sausage, casings removed

1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
9 ounces refrigerated cheese tortellini
3 cups fresh baby spinach
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add Italian turkey sausage to the skillet and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
