2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
In a large mixing bowl, combine the thinly sliced cucumbers and chopped tomatoes.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, white vinegar, granulated sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
