1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, kosher salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding; cook in batches if necessary.
Cook the shrimp in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 7-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even crisping.
