1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a medium bowl, gently toss the salmon cubes with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil until evenly coated.
Place the salmon cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
Air fry the salmon bites at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even crisping.
While the salmon cooks, prepare the honey sriracha sauce by whisking together honey, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and fresh lemon juice in a small bowl.
Once the salmon bites are cooked and crispy on the outside, transfer them to a serving bowl.
Drizzle the honey sriracha sauce over the salmon bites and gently toss to coat evenly.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped fresh cilantro over the salmon bites for garnish.
Serve immediately while warm.
