4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (about 1.5 pounds)
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
In a small bowl, mix the kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Rub the chicken thighs evenly with olive oil, then season both sides with the spice mixture.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
