4 salmon fillets, skin on, about 6 ounces each
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
Fresh lemon slices, for garnish
Fresh parsley leaves, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, dried parsley, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
