4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup chicken broth
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly browned. Remove from heat.
