1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Stir well to combine.
Place the peeled and deveined shrimp in a single layer in a baking dish (approximately 9×9 inches).
Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the shrimp, tossing gently to coat all shrimp.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the shrimp.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the chopped fresh parsley over the top.
Serve immediately with crusty bread or over rice, if desired.
