A quick and easy recipe for perfectly cooked tilapia fillets in the air fryer. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, seasoned simply for a healthy, delicious meal.
2 tilapia fillets (about 6 ounces each), skinless and boneless
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 lemon, cut into wedges (for serving)
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.
Brush both sides of each tilapia fillet with olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the fillets.
Place the seasoned fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not overlap.
Cook the tilapia in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
Carefully remove the tilapia fillets from the air fryer.
