1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 lemon, thinly sliced
2 sprigs fresh parsley

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
Pat the whole tilapia dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Rub the spice mixture evenly over the entire surface of the tilapia, including inside the cavity.
Place lemon slices and fresh parsley sprigs inside the cavity of the fish.
Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with oil to prevent sticking.
Place the whole tilapia in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook the tilapia in the air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 18 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking (about 9-10 minutes per side), until the skin is crispy and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Carefully remove the tilapia from the air fryer and transfer to a serving plate.
Serve immediately with additional lemon wedges if desired.
