3 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup plain breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, steamed broccoli florets, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
In a small bowl, mix the plain breadcrumbs with the melted butter until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated.
Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the breadcrumb topping is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
