Crispy and flavorful air fryer garlic sweet potato fries make a perfect healthy snack or side dish. Coated with garlic and a blend of spices, these fries are easy to prepare and deliciously addictive.
2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch thick fries
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil until evenly coated.
Add garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the bowl and toss again until the fries are evenly seasoned.
Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook in batches.
Cook the fries for 10 minutes, then shake the basket or flip the fries using tongs to ensure even cooking.
Continue cooking for an additional 8-10 minutes or until the fries are crispy and golden brown.
Remove the fries from the air fryer and transfer to a serving bowl.
Sprinkle the chopped fresh parsley over the fries and toss gently to combine.
