4 large carrots, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch thick sticks
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
