1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon water

Instructions

Place the sliced carrots in a medium saucepan and add 1 tablespoon of water.
