2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 celery stalk, finely chopped

1/4 cup seedless green grapes, halved

4 large croissants
4 leaves butter lettuce

Instructions
