8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs (about 1.5 pounds)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
