4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (about 1.5 pounds)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to ensure crispy skin.
Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl or on a baking sheet.
Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken thighs and rub to coat evenly.
