1 pound ground chicken
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 large egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup low carb pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
1/4 cup sliced pepperoni (optional, ensure no pork products for compliance)
1/4 cup sliced green bell pepper
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
