8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to ensure crispy skin.
In a small bowl, combine kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried rosemary, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
Rub the chicken thighs all over with olive oil.
