1 1/2 cups peanut butter cookies, crushed into crumbs
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, combine the crushed peanut butter cookies and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
Press the cookie crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch square baking dish to form the crust.
