1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
2 cups water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup

2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water and 1/4 teaspoon of salt to a boil over medium-high heat.
Add 1 cup of old-fashioned rolled oats to the boiling water, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
