1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into 2-inch sticks
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, honey, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.
Add the peeled and cut carrots to the bowl and toss well to coat evenly with the honey butter mixture.
Spread the coated carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
