2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups cauliflower florets
1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 medium zucchini, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
1 medium carrot, sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat the Ninja Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets, cauliflower florets, red bell pepper pieces, zucchini slices, and carrot slices.
Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
