3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (about 30 grams)
2 tablespoons oat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 large egg
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Instructions

In a microwave-safe mug, add the Greek yogurt, protein powder, oat flour, baking powder, and salt.
Mix the dry ingredients with the yogurt until combined.
Add the egg, honey, and vanilla extract to the mug and stir thoroughly until the batter is smooth and uniform.
Microwave the mug on high for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, or until the cake has risen and is set in the middle.
Let the mug cake cool for 1 minute before eating.
