2 tilapia fillets (about 6 ounces each), skinless and boneless
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lemon, zested and juiced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.
