Ingredients

Scale

2 tilapia fillets (about 6 ounces each), skinless and boneless
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, dried parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to create the marinade.
Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels. Brush both sides of each fillet evenly with the lemon marinade.
Place the seasoned tilapia fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not overlap.
Cook the tilapia in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and has an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Carefully remove the tilapia from the air fryer and transfer to serving plates.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
