4 cod fillets, about 6 ounces each, skinless
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to mix.
