1/2 cup fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon water
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
1 orange, thinly sliced, for garnish

Instructions

In a small saucepan, combine the fresh orange juice, honey, soy sauce, grated fresh ginger, and minced garlic.
Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5-6 minutes until slightly reduced.
In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
Slowly whisk the slurry into the orange glaze and continue cooking for 1-2 minutes until the glaze thickens. Remove from heat and set aside.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Brush both sides with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap.
Air fry the salmon at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, carefully brush the salmon fillets generously with the orange glaze.
Air fry for an additional 2 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
Remove the salmon from the air fryer and spoon any remaining glaze over the top.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and orange slices before serving.
