2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup celery stalks, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8 slices whole wheat sandwich bread
4 large lettuce leaves
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.
