1 pound Italian turkey sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
12 ounces fresh green beans, trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup prepared Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the sliced turkey sausage, trimmed green beans, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
Spread the sausage and green bean mixture evenly on the prepared sheet pan in a single layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Remove the sheet pan from the oven and drizzle the prepared Alfredo sauce evenly over the sausage and green beans.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
