Sheet Pan Chicken Sausage and Broccoli

A quick and easy sheet pan dinner featuring savory chicken sausage and roasted broccoli, seasoned with garlic and olive oil for a flavorful, healthy meal.

1 pound chicken sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch thick pieces
1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets (about 4 cups)
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, sliced chicken sausage, olive oil, minced garlic, kosher salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss well to evenly coat all ingredients.
Spread the mixture in a single layer on the prepared sheet pan, ensuring the sausage and broccoli are evenly distributed.
Roast in the preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the broccoli is tender and slightly crispy on the edges and the sausage is cooked through and browned.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
