4 chicken sausages, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 medium red onion, cut into wedges
2 cups broccoli florets
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, minced garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
