1.5 pounds chicken tenderloins
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
In a medium bowl, whisk together chicken broth, honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
Lightly oil the slow cooker insert with olive oil to prevent sticking.
