1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
