Steak Bites with Garlic Butter Crockpot

Tender and flavorful steak bites slow-cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce, perfect for an easy and delicious meal.

Ingredients

Scale

1.5 pounds beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the steak cubes with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Toss to coat evenly.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak cubes in batches and sear for 2 minutes on each side until browned but not cooked through. Transfer the seared steak bites to the crockpot.
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour the garlic butter mixture over the steak bites in the crockpot.
Cover and cook on low for 3 hours until the steak bites are tender and infused with garlic butter flavor.
Once cooked, sprinkle fresh chopped parsley over the steak bites and gently stir to combine.
Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
