1 cup rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons mini white chocolate chips
In a medium bowl or two individual jars, combine the rolled oats, unsweetened almond milk, plain Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
Stir the mixture well until all ingredients are fully combined.
Fold in the mini white chocolate chips evenly.
Cover the bowl or jars tightly with lids or plastic wrap.
Place in the refrigerator and let soak overnight, or for at least 8 hours.
