3 ripe peaches, sliced into 1/4-inch thick wedges
8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds
1 cup fresh basil leaves, washed and patted dry
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
