Air Fryer Salmon with Dijon Mustard and Old Bay

A quick and flavorful air fryer salmon recipe featuring a tangy Dijon mustard and Old Bay seasoning coating for a perfectly cooked, juicy fillet.

Ingredients

Scale

2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets, skin on
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine the Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, and kosher salt. Mix well to form a smooth sauce.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
Brush the Dijon mustard mixture evenly over the top side of each salmon fillet.
Sprinkle the Old Bay seasoning evenly over the mustard-coated side of the salmon.
Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket skin side down, making sure they do not overlap.
Cook the salmon in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and serve immediately.
