1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup buffalo wing sauce
1 cup ranch dressing
2 cups chicken broth
8 ounces uncooked penne pasta
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the buffalo wing sauce and ranch dressing, stirring to coat the chicken evenly.
Add the chicken broth and uncooked penne pasta to the skillet and stir to combine.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low.
Cover the skillet and simmer for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses evenly over the top of the pasta.
Cover the skillet again and cook for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and chopped fresh parsley.
