4 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
1 large egg
3 tablespoons oat flour
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (about 30 grams)
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together the Greek yogurt and egg until smooth.
Add the oat flour, vanilla protein powder, baking powder, and salt to the mug. Stir until all dry ingredients are fully incorporated.
Mix in the honey and vanilla extract until the batter is smooth and uniform.
