Low Carb Sweet Potato Fries Air Fryer

Crispy and delicious low carb sweet potato fries made quickly in the air fryer. Perfect as a healthy snack or side dish with minimal oil and maximum flavor.

1 medium sweet potato (about 6 ounces), peeled
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
Cut the peeled sweet potato into evenly sized fries, about 1/4 inch thick.
Place the sweet potato fries in a large bowl and add the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Toss the fries thoroughly to coat them evenly with the oil and spices.
Arrange the fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding. Cook in batches if necessary.
Air fry the fries for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even crisping.
Check the fries for desired crispiness; if needed, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Remove the fries from the air fryer and serve immediately.
