Ingredients

Scale

2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets, skin on
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 lemon wedge, for serving

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix together Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
Brush the Dijon mustard mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket skin-side down, making sure they are not touching.
Cook the salmon in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and transfer to serving plates.
Serve immediately with a lemon wedge on the side.
