Bake with Zoha Cheesy Garlic Bread

A deliciously soft and crispy cheesy garlic bread, perfect as a snack or side dish. This recipe combines fresh garlic, melted butter, and a blend of cheeses on a crusty baguette, baked to golden perfection.

1 large French baguette, cut in half lengthwise
100 grams unsalted butter, softened
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
150 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
50 grams grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, dried parsley flakes, and salt. Mix well until fully combined.
Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the baguette halves.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the buttered bread, followed by the grated Parmesan cheese.
Place the prepared bread halves on a baking sheet, cheese side up.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the bread are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 2 minutes before slicing into pieces.
Serve warm and enjoy your cheesy garlic bread.
