Ingredients

Scale

1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons hot sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, hot sauce, soy sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Whisk together until well blended.
Add smoked paprika, ground cumin, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt to the liquid mixture. Whisk again until all spices are fully incorporated.
Place chicken drumsticks in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish.
Pour the marinade over the chicken drumsticks, ensuring all pieces are evenly coated.
Seal the bag or cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
Remove the drumsticks from the marinade before cooking. Discard any leftover marinade that has been in contact with raw chicken.
